We try and include all costs so as an organiser you know exactly what your total price is,
this applies to both private and Corporate buffets.

All buffets are delivered fresh to your venue in sealed serving platters,
these platters are garnished and are ready to eat.

Within the Wolverhampton area delivery is free. Other areas in the Midlands the delivery charge may also be FREE, please check with one of our friendly staff members when enquiring.

If your Delivery address is outside the Midlands please contact us for a Delivery Charge Quote,
it maybe cheaper than you think!

At times certain items on the menu's may not be available, we reserve the right to substitute these items
without prior notice, we guarantee that the items will be of the same or more expensive value

All PLATES (paper) and NAPKINS  are included in  your buffet cost

Please note that as all our Buffets are served fresh in presentation platter trays and are reusable
a refundable deposit maybe asked for.

Our office is open 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday, Weekends we are open 10am -6pm. we also have a 24 hour message service available. If you leave a message after hour we will reply immediately we open the following day.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

Your Buffet arrangements are confirmed once your Deposit is paid, Our terms and conditions apply
from this time until your Buffet is delivered. Please note for any booking we do not need final numbers menu
requirements until 7 days prior to your event.

Should you have to cancel your buffet arrangements the following cancellation charges will apply

Buffet cancelled with over 7 days notice -loss of Deposit

Buffet cancelled within 7 days to 48 hours notice - 60 % of original Buffet Cost would be charged

Buffet cancelled 48 hours to 24 hours notice - 90% of original Buffet Cost would be charged

Buffet cancelled on the day of delivery - 100% of original Buffet Cost would be charged
