At times certain items on the menu’s may not be available, our suppliers reserve the right to substitute these items without prior notice, we guarantee that the items will be of the same or more expensive value.
All plates (disposable) and white napkins are included in your buffet cost. Please note that as all our Buffets are served fresh in presentation platter trays and are reusable a refundable deposit maybe asked for.

Your Buffet arrangements are confirmed once your £50.00 deposit is paid. The terms and conditions from our suppliers apply from this time until your Buffet is delivered. Please note for any booking our suppliers do not need final numbers or menu requirements until 21 days prior to your event. However, if your numbers are likely to change by more than 10% our suppliers need to know immediately as otherwise the original number the booking was confirmed for will stand.
Should you have to cancel your buffet arrangements the following cancellation charges will apply. Buffets cancelled with over 21 days notice will result in you losing your deposit. Buffets cancelled within 20 days of delivery – 100% of original buffet cost would be charged.
